[Bug 1518478] [NEW] update paths in scripts to /etc/gdm3

We Recently merged gdm with Debian and migrated the packaging to use
gdm3 which is in sync with how Debian does it

There are a couple of paths in the casper scripts that updates to follow
this

Currently Xenial Daily Live session is broken due to this.
