What is the block size for the BTRFS partition? There is a known problem
for btrfs on POWER if the block size is smaller than the page size
(usually 64k)

Bug description:
  Hello.

  The installation of the daily build image has been failing from Nov 9 through Nov 12 so far on ppc64el, using btrfs.
  When using other file systems installation is successful.

  Image downloaded from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-
  server/daily/current/xenial-server-ppc64el.iso

  Error and syslog in the file "syslog" attached.
