  Ubuntu server installer installs grub to live USB

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When installing ubuntu server (the latest LTS) it installs GRUB to my
  live usb. There is no way to actually choose where it will install
  grub. I tried making a seperate partition mounted to /boot with
  bootable flag on, but it still defaulted to my usb drive.
