Title:
Desktop installer erases LVM partition without warning or undo, data
  loss

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Verified on 14.04.3

  As reported here:
  http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2268437&p=13367652#post13367652

If you select "Erase System Disk" and "Enable LVM" option and
"Continue". The installer will erase any current LVM information in
your partitions. After this, you are prompted with "Are you sure you
want to continue" warning. At this selecting "Cancel" is of no use,
because the next reboot the system will fail to boot because the LVM
  info was changed incorrectly.

I expect the "Cancel" operation to leave my disk unmodified. Thanks.
