Chose English as language, UK as keyboard etc.

Didn't choose US at all.

Just redid the whole thing - using exactly the same inputs. Same end
result - US timezones.

Bug description:
  Downloaded and booted with current netboot installer dated 04-Oct-2015

  Once reaching the location section, timezone correctly selects
  Europe/London.

  If though I tell it that's wrong and to let me choose I am given only
  a few US timezones and Samoa to choose from - screenshot attached
