[Bug 1505359] [NEW] release upgrade process should log what meta packages are installed

Public bug reported:

Frequently, there are issues (or I think there are) when people try to
upgrade with multiple meta packages installed. It'd be helpful if this
information were logged in /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log rather than
trying to look up which meta packages are installed in the apt-clone
file.
