I've tried upgrading using a virtual machine and your apt-clone
information and it proceeds every time. My only thought is that it may
be a temporary network issue communicating with us.archive.ubuntu.com.
You may want to try switching to a different mirror and then upgrading,
or just try it again in case it was a temporary issue. Thanks!
