[Bug 1509699] [NEW] The presence of pinentry-qt4 breaks gnupg-agent

Public bug reported:

After upgrading to wily I found gnupg-agent had stopped working. Running
it in a terminal revealed this error:

can't connect to the PIN entry module: End of file

Simply uninstalling the pinentry-qt4 binary package restored gnupg-
agent's functionality.
