I reinstalled kubuntu-desktop metapkg
and tried again, same error

Then I reverted from ppa:kubuntu-ci/stable

still getting the same error

I added a screenshot of the updater

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The system check for new sources, the stops and ask to run the bug
  report command. does not give any other explanation

  I am running Kubuntu 15.04
  I had previously upgraded KDE to 5.4.1 following the Kubuntu-ci/stable ppa
