Title:
  Crash occured while installing OS

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I inserted USB disk containing Ububtu 15.04.
  After selecting erase disk and install OS(with checking to encrypt disk ,later provided password ), 
  it showed progress dialogue for few minutes then "Installer Crashed" message dialogue popped up.
