Bug description:
  schroot overlayfs v1 workdir support

  [Impact]

  Users of Schroots/Sbuild in Trusty won't be able to use overlay(fs)
  properly with 3.19 kernels.

  [Test Case]

  Use sbuild to build a package.

  [Regression Potential]

  This patch was backported to trusty which should allow either
  overlayfs v1 or v2 to work. This means v3.13, v3.16, v3.19 + should
  all function properly.
