Title:
confusing dialog box when installing updates

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Sometimes when I get prompted to install ubuntu updates I get a dialog
box that states ubuntu "Requires installation of untrusted packages".

The user options when presented with the above are "settings" and
  "Ok".

As a user, clicking OK means, yes, thanks for informing me, lets
  proceed with the installation.

Actually OK appears to cancel the operation, eg, OK means Not OK to
  proceed.

In summary, the UX is confusing, and not helpful. It is also a dead-
end. There seems to be no obvious way to continue.
