[Bug 1511984] [NEW] Live CD Installation wizard option to replace previous linux Installation formats entire drive[Dual Boot]

Public bug reported:

Tried to upgrade from Ubuntu 14.04 (alongside with Windows 10) to Linux
Mint 17.2, codename "Rafaela". So there was two partition initially(one
for Windows one for Ubuntu). When Mint installation wizard pop-up
appeared I did click on "replace previous linux installation" in my case
I thought that it should have been format and replace only Ubuntu
installation partition, but instead wizard formatted whole HDD, erasing
all data from Windows partition as well. There was no informational
alert at all, that this wizard was going to completely erase whole
partition.
