There is no practical solution for fixing this for schroot -- just fix
your test, if you care. :-/ So I'm declaring this as fixed as we have
the workaround for LXC now.

** Summary changed:

- LXC/schroot runner hang forever with leaked processes
+ LXC runner hang forever with leaked processes

** Changed in: autopkgtest (Ubuntu)
       Status: In Progress => Fix Committed

Title:
  LXC runner hang forever with leaked processes

Status in autopkgtest package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  $ adt-run deja-dup --- lxc -s --eatmydata adt-wily

  This hangs forever after finishing the package build. In the container
  there are a lot of leaked dbus-daemon processes; when killing them,
  the test continues.
