This is unfortunate but currently an expected side-effect of installing
with usb-creator, especially if you enable the persistence option: we
need to update grub.cfg and loopback.cfg accordingly so that it will be
enabled and usable.

Perhaps there may be a way to also mangle the sums file to follow the
changes, or removing them from the sums completely.

Bug description:
  I used USB-Creator, to install an ISO onto my USB-pen-drive:

  http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/releases/14.04.3/release/kubuntu-14.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso
  SHA256 44cc15a31f9a3a6b583929ce711a5eb76fddb1ba447726f9bb2539d78b7a53bc

  After booting from the drive, I ran the internal sanity check on boot
  from the GRUB-menu, resulting in two files failing.

  So I found file md5sum.txt in the root-directory of the device and
  checked:

  f05f09712e02752e371b1e5542f48fec  grub.cfg
  3f3de40dda154fb20c3f43d20e27d1f0  grub.cfg~
  4a38e0138d9e1bf6eda073cb08e7d549  loopback.cfg
  fbf91ea5dab2df948318aeb3f4278436  loopback.cfg~

  Where the files with ~ are wrong, before replacing them with their
  correct copies manually extracted from the ISO.
