[Bug 1497030] [NEW] Cloud Images include landscape-client (Python2.7)

Public bug reported:

livecd-rootfs is adding landscape-client to Cloud Image builds. Since
landscape-client in no longer included in the server seed (Python2.7
dependencies) it should be dropped from the Ubuntu Cloud images as well.
