[Bug 1498059] [NEW] hwe-support-status should be included in newer releases

Public bug reported:

Right now hwe-support-status is only in 12.04.  14.04 users might want
that information for their release as well.

Alternatively the functionality could be merged into ubuntu-support-
status.
