The raspi2 kernel package now contains a kernel image suitable for
booting, e.g., /lib/firmware/`uname -r`/kernel7.img

Bug description:
  Simple database entry for the raspberrypi2 board:

  -no trasformation done on the kernel actually, just enough to avoid
  flash-kernel complain about an "unsupported platform"

  -everytime a new kernel is installed copy the bundled dtb file to
  first vfat partition on the sd card, where the broadcom bootloader
  resides and where it looks for the dtb file to load
