  Test suite fails on s390x and powerpc

Status in fwupd package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  There are some little endian assumptions made in the code that cause
  problems on these two architectures.  For now the test suite still
  runs but failures won't break the build for those architectures.

  This has been reported upstream, and after it's resolved we'll turn
  the suite back on for these architectures.
