Your /etc/apt/sources.list file seems to have duplicate entries for some
sources e.g.:

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu saucy main restricted
deb http://mx.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ saucy main restricted

I'd try removing one set of entries - either all the archive.ubuntu.com
ones or mx.archive.ubuntu.com and then try the upgrade again.
