re-testing with installer 445 -- testcase still fails

One needs to go back to the expert menu, then go back some steps to
enable the FCP devices in order to proceed.

Title:
  Installer is not handling zfcp (scsi) devices automatically

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  == Comment: #0 - Christoph Arenz - 2016-03-15 12:14:35 ==
  Senario: no DASD devices, just two CHPIDs with FCP disks (two each, configured with NPIV) provided via parmfile.

  The installer finds no storage devices and prompts for drivers?!
  Choosing 'go back', I can select a sub-menu to detect and enable FCP devices.

  Now... why did the installer not prompt me to enable FCP devices in
  the first place?

  Attaching screenshots with the installer menus.

  This is for installer 432
