Thank you.

Would some merciful soul point me to the place, where all "main is
allowed to build-depend on universe"-alike rules reside?

[OT: All we Erlangers miss as of now are then Elixir and (a little less
expected) LispFlavouredErlang (aka LFE) packages :) ]

Title:
  Erlang builds missing erlang-wx component

Status in erlang package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
_All_ official Ubuntu Erlang distributions miss erlang-wx component.
It is needed for some GUI components of Erlang, namely Observer
  application and tracing/debugging tools.

  Expected:
Have erlang meta package (or, at least, erlang-x11) depend on erlang-wx and generate the respective package.

  Actual result:
erlang-wx is neither depended on nor generated, rendering GUI Erlang components useless.
