Please forget about the sed, that only works exactly once ever. For
further tweaks you actually need to edit the file as root. Please edit
it to drop the duplication -- as I said, the second line must be
*excatly* like in comment 7.

  get that error logged on a fully upgraded (proposed archive enabled)
  xenial 64 bits system (hdparm 9.48+ds-1)

  Searching about systemd-udevd.service, it is found into /lib/systemd/
  but there is a problem:
