[Bug 1569599] [NEW] Upgrade installer crashed

Selecting this as a new bug because none of the bugs mentioned suit my
situation. I'm upgrading from Ubuntu 15.10 but after one failed
installation because of network issues, I restarted the process and
weird error messages came regarding some minimal support repositories
not being online
