New ICEs have started to happen in autopkgtests on s390x only even with
multiple retries. For example, here is rocs failing four successive
times:

The other repetitive ICEs for http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-
archive/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#qtdeclarative-opensource-
src and http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-
migration/update_excuses.html#qtbase-opensource-src happen when building
modemmanager-qt and umbrello. Others passed.
