Cloning into 'systemd'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-systemd/systemd.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

Do the usual "git clone || { sleep 15; git clone }" approach to
robustify this.
