Public bug reported:

1) shows card types, however when none of them are available (e.g. virtio on an lpar)
2) when there is only one card it should be auto activated (e.g. on z/VM, choose between 600 card and nothing else for qeth)

This is not the UX guide lines for ubuntu d-i.
