[Bug 1573781] [NEW] Several held broken packages prevent upgrade to xenial

Public bug reported:

Many packages (all attached in apt.log) are marked broken on
wily->xenial upgrade. But I don't know more.

ERROR Dist-upgrade failed: 'E:Unable to correct problems, you have held
broken packages.'

I haven't personally put any packages on hold.

Logs should explain more, I'm not sure what packages to downgrade...
