Title:
  Can't create fat16 partition

Status in partman-partitioning:
  Fix Released
Status in partman-partitioning package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Hi,

I created a bunch of partitions to test the gutsy RC DVD, some
primary, some logical; I created small partitions for almost all
available filesystems: xfs, jfs, fat32, fat16; the fat16 partition
couldn't be created, I got a popup which said (translated from French)
"Couldn't create the fat16 filesystem on partition 6 of SCSI (0,0,0)
  (sda)".

  Will attach /var/log/partman.

  Bye,
