Looking at the logs I u installed a lot of the video stuff from devede
and it seems to be upgrading now.

Bug description:
  Trying to find the logs to figure out which non-standard package is
  blocking 14.04>16.04.01 upgrade, tried uninstalling a bunch of stuff
  but am worried about breaking something.  Any help?  Thanks!
