[Bug 1609082] [NEW] Can't upgrade Ubuntu from 15.10 to 16.04

Each time i tried to upgrade on my Dell XPS 13 2015 (version 9343) i've
got 2 error .. first a popup with no text in and only ok button ! ...
and this error that blocked the upgrade.
