  Can't download any updates (failed download - check your internet
  connection)

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I am unable to download any updates to my computer.  It gets half way
  through the download process, and then I receive a message saying
  "Failed to download package. Check your internet connection".  My
  internet connection is fine.  What's the deal?  Please let me know.
