raised by Seth (see

      In Ubuntu16.10 ppc64-diag package not installed by default , need to install using apt-get .

  Reproducible Step:

  1- Installed Ubuntu16.10 in power system 
  2- check for rtas and opal_errd daemon
  3-need to install ppc64-diag as it is missing 

  Log:

  root at ubuntu::~# apt-get install ppc64-diag
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree       
  Reading state information... Done
  The following additional packages will be installed:
    iprutils libservicelog-1.1-1 libsgutils2-2 libvpd-2.2-2 lsvpd servicelog
