[Bug 1393084] [NEW] "14.04.1 LTS Upgrade available" dialog pops up even after I've already accepted to do the upgrade

A bizarre "14.04.1 LTS Upgrade available" dialog pops up after I installed 14.04.5.
 When I accept to upgrade, the dialog goes away and the upgrade begins.
However, during the upgrade, this window pops up again.

It should not pop up after the upgrade is accepted / in progress.
