FYI - reboot came up just fine.
WHen I try to 'apt-get install pptpd', I get the same error:

Bug description:
I don't think this matches the ones that search turned up.
I was upgrading a Linode VM from 14.04 to 16.04 (do-release-upgrade),
and after seeming to upgrade everything(?), it spat this out at the
end:

The upgrade has completed but there were errors during the upgrade

Scrolling back up in teh screen session, I see that same set of lines:
==================================================================================

That seems to be the only thing that spat out any sort of error.
I will attempt to see what happens after reboot. (Worst case, I will
restore from the snapshot I took just before the upgrade attempt)
