Public bug reported:

ZGELQF can give incorrect sign to output values for complex inputs. This
problem did not arise in lapack 3.2.1 and earlier. Problem occurs in
versions 3.4.0 to 3.6.1 (current). I suspect issue arose when subroutine
calls ->ZGELQ2 -> ZLARFP were replaced by calls to ->ZGELQ2 -> ZLARFG.
ZLARFP.f no longer exists in versions 3.4.0 to 3.6.1.

This problem may be the same as reported outside of this forum by Kosaku Nagasaka (2014-02-05)
[atlas-devel] TAU in complex QR/LQ/RQ/QL factorizations (interface issue).

** Affects: lapack (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
