[Bug 1617423] [NEW] upgrade 14- 16.04 the system is running in low graphic mode

After upgrade they graphical system can't start. 
I was trying to deinstall and install nvidia drivers, and follow steps on the forum. But without any resutl. 
After I remove nvidia drivers I can start startx (but it is not functional)
