gitweb components incompatible with Apache 2.4
Status in git package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Status in git package in Debian:
Fix Released
Bug description:
A fresh install of saucy with git (incl gitweb) and apache2. Multiple
incompatibilities with default configuration. Specifically,
application using legacy conf.d folder structure rather than modern
conf-available / conf-enabled model. gitweb apache config file lacks
default .conf extension. Finally, cgi misconfigurations prevent
default (http://localhost/gitweb) webpage from rendering properly.
