Bug description:
  Go (golang) in ubuntu-lxc / lxd-stable is still on version 1.6,
  whereas Go 1.7 was released on Aug 15, 2016.

  
  https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-lxc/+archive/ubuntu/lxd-stable/+packages says "ubuntu-lxc-bot	2016-03-22" ... so is that bot not updating golang anymore?
