[Bug 1651055] [NEW] failure while system upgrade, ubuntu desktop failed to upgrade

Public bug reported:

First the search for new updates could not be finished, few minutes
later a partially system upgrade could be done, i started this and it
warned ubuntu destop failed to upgrade. I quit system uprade after that.
