[Bug 1652241] [NEW] ttf-mscorefonts-installer fails download

Ubuntu 16.04

Every day a popup pops up with the message that the ttf-mscorefonts-
installer download fail and if want to retry. If I do this it fails
again.

I read in another bug report to do this on the shell for more information:
sudo /usr/lib/update-notifier/package-data-downloader
 The following is partially translated
