[Bug 1652659] [NEW] Apt-xapian-index incorrect dependencies

Public bug reported:

I use the synaptic package manager.

The package synaptic (0.83+nmu1ubuntu2) depends on libxapian30.
However, synaptic also recommends apt-xapian-index.

In Zesty, the apt-xapian-index depends on python3-xapian1.3,
which in turn depends on libxapian-1.3-5.

So, both libxapian30 and libxapian-1.3-5 are installed.

I believe this is wrong.

** Affects: apt-xapian-index (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
