Bug description:
  Binary package hint: udisks

  I have an external HD plugged in.
  I log in as a user who does not have permission to mount and external drive.  The drive is not mounted.
  I log out, then in as my normal user.  The drive is not mounted.
  Restarting then logging in as normal mounts the drive.
