Public bug reported:
When I type "machinectl" in 15.10 I got message which recommends me to
do following: sudo apt-get install systemd
This is obviously incorrect because systemd is already installed. Seems
like a packaging error.
** Affects: systemd (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
