You /etc/apt/sources.list file is missing entries for the main section of the Ubuntu archive. You'll need to sort this out yourself.
Here are the specific issues:

^- that line is missing main and universe

deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ vivid-security restricted universe multiverse

^- those lines are all missing main
