You tried to install grub to /dev/sda4 ( which doesn't even exist ).
You need to leave it set to /dev/sda.

Bug description:
I decided to dual boot ubuntu along with windows and did the automatic
option, I had 200gb allocated for ubuntu and let ubuntu choose how to
install the rest. Along the way it showed that grub couldnt get
installed.
