    - d/control: Drop dependencies required for unit testing as they
      include libmockito-java which would pull maven into main, disable unit
      test execution.

Bug description:
  Please sync fop 1:2.1-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
      - Transition libservlet2.5-java -> libservlet3.0-java.

  Debian has performed this transition in 1:2.0+dfsg-1 (Debian Bug
  #709178) and we can drop the delta.
