Flightgear is a package that you have installed, its a flight simulator,
and it certainly is the cause of the upgrade not being calculated as we
can see in VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt.

Bug description:
Flight Gear (whatever that is) has nothing to do with dist-upgrade
halting when calculating packages. Furthermore, precise 32-bit has
been on this device since beginning five years ago, and not installed
on the date indicated by bug-tracker.
