[Bug 1547655] [NEW] grub-install error on power8 install

Public bug reported:

Trying to do a d-i install Ubuntu 14.04 on Power8 in PowerVM mode, I am
running into an issue installing grub2 at the end of the installation.

See the following screenshots for errors. I am still working on getting
the logs from the machine.
