[Bug 1547845] [NEW] ibus-mozc install by default

Public bug reported:

ibus-mozc should be installed by default instead of ibus-anthy.
ibus-mozc is now in main, and it is still usable for GNOME Shell user.
No reason to install Anthy by default.
